To enhance our chef Daffie’s numerous experiences in Roman trattorias, for years now we have introduced some great Roman cuisine proposals: a touch of central Italy served in the heart of Jesolo, in dishes prepared according to tradition.
We are passionate about following the raw material throughout its supply chain: for this reason, we dedicate ourselves to cultivating a zero-mile vegetable garden from which we obtain several of the vegetables that you can find on our menu. It is with the same philosophy that we dedicate ourselves to the processing of the raw material, choosing to prepare everything possible at home.
